Our Programs - Skiing:

Each year since our first ski trip in 2005 we have partnered with Marc Mast, Executive Director of the Wood River Ability Program in Sun Valley, Idaho.  Marc has been an adaptive ski instructor for the past 28 years and has helped put five skiers on the Paralympic Team.  Marc also hosts a Nordic Ski camp in March where he brings back the wounded Soldiers who were on our January ski trip and have shown promise.  Marc did this for Andy Soule and he is now on the Paralympic Nordic Ski Team and will be skiing in the Bi-Athelon in Vancouver.

Not everyone can become a Paralympian nor do they want to, but everyone that we have taken to Sun Valley on our rehabilitative ski trip has excelled and loved the feeling of being on top of a mountain and just flying down it, whether it be on a bi-ski or a snowboard.  They love it.
